Voysera is now in Egypt with DID

We just signed DID (Dominic Development and Investment) as our exclusive partner in Egypt. They're based in Port Said and will sell and support Voysera across the country, handling local sales, client relationships and first line support.

Why Egypt? It's the largest Arabic speaking market in the world, and people there expect to be served in Egyptian Arabic, not a textbook version of it. That's the Arabic our agents speak.

DID has been running on Voysera since day one. Call their line and a concierge agent picks up in Egyptian Arabic, books a video meeting with the team and confirms it on WhatsApp. So the agent DID sells is the same one its clients talk to first.

Next, we're taking this to banks, telecoms, retailers, healthcare providers and government services in Egypt.

  • Core engineer on the GFH / Khaleeji investment and retail apps, including card management and UI systems in Mendix.
  • KYC and customer onboarding on kiosk machines: biometrics, ID, name screening, Benefit eKYC, and IGA checks.
  • Deployed debit card printing on kiosks and created the Khaleeji Offers Portal (frontend, backend, and infra).
  • Built mandate integrations: VISA Direct Debit, EWA, and open banking.
  • Introduced Bitrise CI/CD and a Python bundling script that cut Mendix mobile builds from 50 to 60 minutes down to 2 to 5 minutes.
  • IoT ID/passport scanner in Java (MRZ/VIZ), plus digitization of internal paper workflows.

I'm Zaid Karaymeh, founder of Voysera, where we build Voice AI you can actually talk to: interrupt it, switch languages, go off-script, and it keeps up. At GFH I work on digital banking, Temenos integrations, transfers, sukuk, wakala, and Voice AI for the lobby and call center. I graduated from the University of Bahrain with a bachelor's in Computer Science (2020 to 2024). Based in Bahrain.
